Freya Skye's show in Tampa was spectacular! I was absolutely amazed, but I didn't expect anything different. She really has a lot of passion for the music, which truly comes through. When she toured with Sheryl Crow about 3 years ago, I was captivated by her presence. The lighting for Assassins was particularly striking, with a clear espionage/spy theme. She mainly performed songs from Battle Studies, and also included a few of her older hits such as Gravity, Belief, and Waiting on the World to Change. I was thrilled that she did an encore. Just when I thought she wouldn't return, she appeared in her video for Who Says and began playing. People may label her as arrogant or a jerk, but I honestly don't mind because as long as she continues to produce music like that and looks as amazing as she does, I will definitely remain a fan!
